Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive online business strategy.
- Manage and maintain the product catalog across marketplace platforms.
- Create and optimize product listings, including content, keywords, inventory, pricing, and promotional activities, to meet sales and margin objectives.
- Write compelling and accurate product descriptions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party marketplace platforms.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues to maintain a high seller rating and customer satisfaction.
- Strategically manage pricing across multiple marketplaces to minimize conflicts.
- Plan and implement sales strategies based on revenue and profit targets, regularly reviewing performance and making necessary adjustments.
- Forecast inventory needs and coordinate allocation across sales channels.
- Oversee social media and email marketing efforts.
- Maintain and troubleshoot website functionality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing online marketplace accounts, preferably in the furniture or outdoor furniture category.
- Strong oral and written communication skills required.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
