Your Day-to-Day :
- Conduct independent analysis and spearhead the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of sophisticated technical products.
- Duties involve setting daily operational objectives for individuals or small teams, mentoring engineers, and leading by example to ensure comprehension and adherence to policies, practices, and procedures. Regular communication with customers is essential for understanding their needs, explaining methodologies, and proactively identifying potential improvements they haven't requested. Strong communication skills are crucial for internal reporting as well as representing Westinghouse to clients.
