Floor Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure a high standard of service within our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively while maintaining an organized and efficient work environment. Duties

• Supervise daily floor operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Manage team schedules, including shift management and employee orientation.
• Assist in recruiting new team members and conducting training sessions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service through effective phone etiquette and direct interaction.
• Utilize POS systems for transactions and inventory management.
• Monitor employee performance, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Implement time management strategies to enhance productivity on the floor.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role or as an assistant manager in a similar setting.
• Strong math skills for handling transactions and inventory calculations.
• Excellent team management abilities with a focus on motivation and development.
• Familiarity with POS systems is preferred.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
