Job Summary
The Small Engine Stihl Tech Department Specialist will be responsible for maintaining a proper in-stock level of merchandise and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely receiving and stocking of merchandise.
- Provide expert advice and assistance to customers on small engine equipment and other products.
- Clean and maintain the sales floor, stockroom, and outdoor merchandise area to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers.
- Participate in daily meetings and communicate effectively with management staff and associates.
