Maintenance Administrator
JOB SUMMARY
This position will have responsibility to ensure that all required logistical and administrative support is provided to effectively coordinate and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities at respective plants.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Comply with Westlake Safety Policies and Procedures
- Regular attendance, timeliness and scheduling flexibility
- Management of purchased and fabricated inventory of M.R.O. supplies and tooling
- Manage vendor’s delivery and services of equipment. (Both leased and purchased)
- Manage and generate bill of materials for key processing equipment, such as sprockets, pulleys, belts, etc.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Including the management of spare parts warehouse and inventory.
- Provide supporting information for budgeting and cost control, as requested.
- Provide field assistance to maintenance personnel for parts identification, replacement, and minor upgrades.
- All other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED required
At least 5 years prior experience working in a similar role
5 years of experience in Data Administration, inventory management and engineering services

The employee should possess the ability to:
Be exposed to sounds or noise levels that maybe uncomfortable
Withstand exposure to temperature extremes inside or out
Prolong standing or in stationary position
Complete repetitive movements
Bend and/or twist
Lift/move/transport items up to 50 pounds
Ability to move or traverse about the facilities
Ability to work around dust, chemicals, and other substances, and in various environmental conditions
Wear all required personal protective equipment (hearing, vision and hardhat protection)
