Titles Administrator Level 2 – Auto Finance
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Titles Administrator Level 2 to join our dynamic and fast-paced auto finance team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely perfection of liens for our refinance business. The ideal candidate will take initiative, work independently with minimal supervision, and communicate effectively with internal and external contacts to obtain the necessary documentation. Additionally, this individual may be asked to assist with other groups, including but not limited to the remarketing titles group, and may be required to become a notary public.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review incoming documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate via email and phone with internal teams, customers, vendors, and lenders to obtain required documents for lien perfection.
- Follow up with lenders to obtain lien releases and vehicle titles.
- Ensure timely processing of accounts by monitoring and reviewing reports daily.
- Contact customers for missing documents, signatures, and stipulations.
- Identify solutions to facilitate lien perfection efficiently.
- Assist in other areas of the business as assigned by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (copiers, fax machines, scanners, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred.
Tools & Technology:
- Web-based applications and navigation.
- Standard office equipment, including computers, fax machines, copiers, and 10-key calculators.

PAY RATE:

$16 per hour plus potential bonus of up to $1,531 per month
- The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable.
