We are seeking a highly skilled Lending Advisor/Internet Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in assisting potential customers navigate the prequalification process for auto loans. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Guiding applicants through the online prequalification process to determine their eligibility for an auto loan.
- Serving as the main point of contact for applicants, dealership partners, and internal teams throughout the prequalification and car purchasing process.
- Communicating effectively with customers to set clear expectations and provide guidance on the car buying journey.
