Our online prequalification allows you to understand your options without impacting your credit score. It's a quick and easy way to navigate the car buying process. As a Lending Advisor/Internet Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in guiding potential customers through the prequalification process for auto loans. You will serve as the main point of contact for applicants, dealership partners, and internal teams throughout the prequalification and car purchasing process. You will also communicate effectively with customers to set clear expectations and provide guidance on the car buying journey.
Previous experience in sales or the car dealership industry is preferred but not required. Proficiency in using online platforms and software applications (Microsoft Word, Outlook, web-based tools, etc.) is essential. You will identify sales prospects and contact these accounts assigned to you. You will follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from telephone calls for independent and franchise dealers. You will prepare presentations and proposals for all levels of management within the Franchise dealership. You will develop, maintain, and grow current client and potential client relationships within the independent and franchise dealer communities. You will work closely with Independent and Franchise dealers on current promotions, marketing information, and training documents.
Work Experience Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Web Applications (Chrome, Internet Explorer)
- Strong knowledge of cold calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques
- Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
- Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of work experience). The salary is $28 per hour plus potential bonus.
