General Job Description
Our Sales Manager is an individual with the vision and dedication needed to manage sales activities.
Our Sales Manager role is a challenging and dynamic position with opportunity for advancement. As a Sales Manager with Westlake Direct, LLC dba LoanCenter, you will be planning and managing day-to-day sales activities associated with increasing Westlake's market share and profitability. The successful Sales Manager will successfully increase lead conversions and increase Westlake's market share. Other key responsibilities include development and implementation of new Projects, Policies, Strategic Partnerships and Procedures for the Organization to achieve objectives.
The successful candidate will possess a strong leadership background and a deep understanding of Sales Processes.
Duties, Tasks, Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to)
Lead Management
- Oversee lead generation, qualification, and conversion of sales leads.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting for all sales staff.
- Ensure the sales team is equipped with the right tools and resources to maximize lead conversion.
