General Responsibilities :
- Answer the telephone promptly and professionally, providing assistance as needed.
- Take reservation requests and enter them into the POS system.
- Handle food-to-go orders and ensure they are ready for pick-up.
- Greet patrons warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Clean and maintain all menus (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), updating them as necessary.
- Assist management and service staff as needed.
- Keep the reception and hostess desk clean and orderly.
Non-Essential Functions : Assist in expediting food and drink orders as necessary.
