Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Perform quality assurance testing and record results.
- Send Quality Hold Notifications as needed.
- Communicate with the production team to resolve non-compliance production issues.
- Assist in customer return evaluations.
- Maintain a clean work area by following 5S methodology and adhering to safety guidelines.
