The primary responsibility of this role is to perform top-quality operational duties safely and efficiently daily. This includes visual inspection, dimension fitting using precision measuring equipment, burst pressure testing, impact testing, and other required tests per ASTM/NSF standard.
Responsibilities:
- Approve, Hold, or reject products based on quality results.
- Perform quality assurance testing, record results, or send Quality Hold Notifications by following the quality hold process and maintain Quality control records.
- Follow all quality processes and site procedures.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve non-compliance production issues by communicating with the production team.
- Support defect trend analysis investigations, assist in customer return evaluations, maintaining a clean work area by following 5S methodology strictly following safety guidelines.
