Duties:
- Coordinate and execute promotional events, including product demos, giveaways, and contests
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative strategies to promote our office services
- Conduct market research to identify target demographics and develop effective promotional campaigns
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and social media content
- Engage with customers at events, providing product information and answering any questions
- Maintain a positive brand image by delivering exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of promotions
- Track and analyze the success of promotions, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a MUST.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Experience in event marketing or promotions is preferred
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in Social media for business.
English and Spanish required
