Position Brief:
The Night Porter will keep watch over and keep the premises clean during the evening and night hours. You will maintain a high visibility presence and deter all illegal or inappropriate actions.

Personal Competencies:
- Surveillance skills and detail oriented person, with integrity and professionalism.
- Able to write reports (in English) to Community Manager of any incidents or repairs needed.
- Must have Smartphone.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Keep watch over the company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment - walking to move around the property.
- Observe property for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
- Check vacant units nightly.
- Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property (do not put yourself or others in harm's way, call 911).
- Identify criminals and report to the police department.
- Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences.
- Report in detail any suspicious incidents, including taking photos.
- Continuously patrol property in all designated geotag/qr locations and register on Smartphone
- Monitor and control access at the location’s entrances and vehicular or pedestrian gates
- Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment (if any).
- Report any repairs needed, include photos.
- Clean up trash on the property including on the ground in the trash areas.
- Clean all common areas, including the laundry rooms, play areas, nightly.
- Trash out vacant units as instructed by Community Manager.
- Notify the Community Manager of street light outages or additional safety lighting needed.
- All other tasks as assigned by the Community Manager or Area/Regional Manager.
