You are responsible for ensuring incidents relating to in-house computing systems are recorded and resolved by means of troubleshooting problems, advising on appropriate actions, or redirecting to appropriate resources using the IT Service Management System.   Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $55,000 - $60,000, with a 35-hour work week.
