We’re searching for a People & Performance Operations Specialist. Are you searching for new possibilities? This role is based out of our Head Office in Surrey, B.C., with a hybrid work model requiring a minimum of two in-office days per week.   Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $62,000 to $72,000 based on a 35-hour work week. Manage the HR inbox, ensuring prompt responses or delegation, and maintain the People & Performance SharePoint and Teams pages Support M&A integrations with onboarding, document preparation, and training coordination while assisting with updates to employment agreements, policies, and handbooks Administer the Westland Scholarship Program, maintaining effective communication with participants Ensure timely completion of Statistics Canada surveys and other reporting requirements   Want to get to know each other better?
