Help Wanted Part Time Service Shuttle Driver
Westlie Ford Service Department has an opening for a very part-time Courtesy Shuttle Driver. Hours will vary.
As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for customers’ safe and efficient transportation to and from designated locations. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and safe vehicle. This position requires excellent communication skills, solid attention to detail, and a commitment to providing a positive experience for customers.
Qualifications
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with various passengers.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts.
Knowledge of local routes and landmarks is preferred.
Responsibilities
Safely transport passengers to and from designated locations using a navigation app.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting passengers and answering any questions or concerns.
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the shuttle vehicle, including performing routine inspections, fueling, and reporting any mechanical issues or damages.
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to maintain a safe driving environment for passengers and other road users.
Communicate effectively with office, passengers, and fellow drivers to coordinate pick-up and drop-off locations and address any changes or delays.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and professional conduct standards.
