Westminster at Lake Ridge is a premier Continuing Care Retirement Community serving older adults in three levels of service : Independent Living, Assisted Living, and a Health Center. Job Summary :
The Concierge is primarily responsible for receiving and relaying incoming and outgoing calls from the and for greeting residents and visitors to the Community. Additional duties include administrative and clerical support. This position is based on the principles of a strengths-based, person-centered approach that recognizes and tailor's interactions to a person's best abilities, supporting their overall well-being through providing meaningful social interaction, and other tasks as designated. The Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, utilizing courtesy, dignity, and respect in all the following responsibilities :
Job Requirements :
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), three (3) to five (5) years driving experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Incumbent should be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form, possess verbal and written communication ability and strong customer service skills. Must be proficient in the operation of a van / bus and various vehicular components. Must hold a valid State Driver's License with no moving violations within the past three (3) years and be certified in CPR / First Aide.
