What You’ll Do:
As a Bar Service Team Member, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable dining moments. In this versatile role, you’ll be trained to perform as a Waitstaff, Busser, Runner, Host/Hostess, Cashier, and Bartender. You'll ensure every meal is served with care and attention to detail, making every visit special.
- Deliver exceptional service to residents and guests in all dining venues and during special events.
- Serve and prepare beverages, adhering to proper alcohol service rules and regulations.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and handle cash transactions efficiently.
- Set, bus, and clean tables promptly, maintaining an organized workspace.
- Ensure proper food and beverage delivery, including garnishes and accompaniments.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and seamless dining experience.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and food safety in your work area.
- Assist with emergency procedures, including fire safety evacuations.

- Experience: Previous bartending and/or food service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Skills: Strong communication, basic math skills, and an ability to work independently with direction.

- Availability: Nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Virginia ABC rules, safety, and sanitation practices.

- Capability to stand and walk for extended periods (3-8 hours).
