What You’ll Do:
- Conduct Cannability Consultations using evidence-based standards
- Assess and analyze client health data to create individualized care plans
- Educate clients on cannabis dosing, cannabinoid ratios, routes of administration, and therapeutic effects
- Follow a client-centered approach, emphasizing the “start low, go slow” method
- Partner with families and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Use coaching techniques such as motivational interviewing and active listening to support clients in achieving their health goals
- Maintain accurate records and track client progress using Google Suite and internal software
- Stay up-to-date on cannabis research, legislation, and best practices
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 21 or older
- Licensed healthcare professional (LPN, RN, APRN) with experience in assessment, diagnosis, care planning, and patient education
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Passion for holistic health, cannabis therapeutics, and patient advocacy
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving industry
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other internal software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
