As a Dining Service Manager, you’ll ensure a first-class dining experience for our residents, guests, and staff. Working alongside the Director of Dining Services, you’ll oversee operations in the dining room, health care areas, and special events while leading a team in a supportive, empowering environment.

Your contributions include leading service staff, ensuring quality, hospitality, and professionalism, coordinating special events, decorating for celebrations, maintaining dining excellence, supporting and growing your team through hiring, training, and mentorship, and fostering resident satisfaction by addressing feedback and enhancing service quality.
Requirements include certification as a Dietary Manager, Diet Technician, or equivalent education (or willingness to obtain), ServSafe certification within one year of hire, strong interpersonal skills with a passion for working with older adults, flexibility, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence.
