Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality services under professional standards and guidelines.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including OASIS evaluations.
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to design individualized care plans.
- Document clinical findings, progress, and outcomes accurately.
- Participate in interdisciplinary care coordination to ensure holistic patient care.
- Continuously evaluate and adapt treatment plans as needed.
- Support patient transitions with thoughtful discharge planning.
What You Bring
- A master’s or doctoral degree in speech-language pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (or active pursuit) from ASHA.
- Excellent communication and independent work skills.
- Physical capacity for active fieldwork, including climbing stairs and extended standing/walking.
- Valid state driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance.
