Westminster-Canterbury at Home is looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Registered Nurse for Home Health to help us ensure exceptional care and support for those who need it most.
As a key member of our team, you’ll lead quality assurance initiatives, striving to maintain the highest standards of care. You’ll develop and implement quality improvement programs, review documentation for compliance, educate and support clinicians in providing top-tier care, and collaborate with the team to address patient needs through care conferences. Your role will also involve facilitating smooth communication, managing client concerns, and supporting staffing efforts to ensure efficient coordination.
Qualifications for this role include an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, active and unencumbered RN licensure, at least one year of supervisory or management experience in healthcare, RN experience in Home Health or Hospice with a strong understanding of regulations, and current CPR certification.
