Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of campus facilities by performing skilled and semi-skilled repairs and preventive maintenance services. This position requires a strong understanding of electrical, carpentry, and plumbing work, as well as the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in general facilities maintenance, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a valid Missouri driver's license. The successful candidate will be able to prioritize tasks, lead a team, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
