Requirements
Essential Functions
- Assists in all aspects of the College's Registrar's Office including the student information system, registration, grading, degree and enrollment verification, academic records management, transcripts, compliance, graduation auditing, and awarding of degrees.
- Assists with processes related to academic advising, preregistration, and registration, including preparation of information included in course schedules for all terms.
- Completes all operations in the registration and advising modules in Jenzabar.
- Maintains and assists with entering and managing data in Jenzabar academic database and processing all administrative and student forms.
- Coordinates and maintains all student applications for consortium and MMACU program enrollments.
- Runs midterm and end-of-semester processes to post grades and prepare reports as needed.
- Maintains classroom chart and calendar for classrooms.
- Maintains, archives, and retains all records in the Registrar's Office in accordance with FERPA regulations and best practices.
- Assists with evaluating incoming transcripts of prospective, new, transfer, and current students and maintains the transcript evaluation database.
- Assists with processes in preparation for graduation and assists with the commencement ceremony as needed.
- Participates in professional development activities including but not limited to conferences, webinars, and user groups.
- Provides excellent customer service to all, including faculty, students, staff, and guests both in person and virtually.
- Works closely with members of the Office of Academic Affairs and provides assistance when needed.
- Creates and maintains documentation of office procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
