Executive Assistant for Institutional Advancement
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to the Vice President for Institutional Advancement and their team. This role involves fostering cooperation and communication across the division and campus, while also contributing to donor relations efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level support to the Vice President for Institutional Advancement and the division.
- Actively foster cooperation and communication between individuals and teams within the division and across campus.
- Serve as a key member of the donor relations team, participating in implementing and managing a college-wide stewardship program.
- Help facilitate a culture of gratitude on campus.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in donor relations or a similar field is highly desirable.
