Executive Support
The Executive Assistant for Institutional Advancement will provide executive-level support to the Vice President for Institutional Advancement and the division. This includes scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, the executive assistant will facilitate communication and cooperation among individuals and teams within the division and across campus.
Donor Relations
As a key member of the donor relations team, the Executive Assistant for Institutional Advancement will participate in implementing and managing a college-wide stewardship program. This program aims to foster long-term, meaningful relationships between the College and its donors. The executive assistant will help identify and pursue opportunities for donations, develop and implement strategies for donor engagement, and track and report on donation progress.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the Executive Assistant for Institutional Advancement must possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. A bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role are required.
