The Accounts Payable Clerk supports the organization's accounts payable processes by maintaining accurate records, aiding team members, and ensuring timely resolution of inquiries. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
- Invoice Assistance and Maintenance :
Support the Accounts Payable Coordinators and Supervisor by maintaining accurate files and records.
Assist with vendor file maintenance, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.
Assist with year-end preparations by gathering and organizing documentation for audits.
Work closely with Business Office personnel, Bookkeepers, and other facility team members to ensure smooth workflows.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Accounts Payable Supervisor.
