We are seeking an RN Nursing Unit Manager with heart, empathy, and a little extra love to provide to our patients. As Nursing Unit Manager, you will be accountable for all operational aspects of the unit(s) on a 24-hour basis.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit
- Manage staff and ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
- Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland
- 2-5 years Supervisory/Management experience
- Previous Long Term Care Experience
