Responsibilities
The Account Executive is responsible for developing and managing an assigned network of providers, facilities and community-based clinics, within a specific territory, to foster utilization of home health services. Account Executives are expected to develop a market strategy to reach, or exceed, predetermined quotas for episodic payer admissions for home health services. In addition, it is critical for Account Executives to remain current with health home trends and regulatory requirements. The Account Executives must be viewed as market experts and trusted by our customers to support their clinical and operational objectives.
The Account Executive’s overarching goal is to build long-term meaningful relationships to support customer satisfaction, create a positive view within company communities and contribute to company growth. A successful Account Executive must be able to manage these responsibilities :
