POSITION SUMMARY :
The Enrollment Management team is a collaborative team committed to providing and supporting services that attract, enroll, retain, and graduate students. We seek to offer a student-centered and innovative enrollment experience that supports the University’s strategic priorities.
As part of these efforts, the Campus Visit Specialist plays a crucial role in welcoming and coordinating a highly responsive campus visit experience for prospective students and guests by demonstrating professionalism, warmth, and patience in every interaction and providing concierge-level service. In addition to visitor engagement, this role provides administrative and operational support to ensure seamless coordination within the Enrollment Management division.
The ideal candidate has a passion for promoting higher education, using their interpersonal and communication skills to create a welcoming and informative experience for the visitors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Campus Visit Specialist
- Responsible for visitor’s first and last impressions of their campus experience.
- Deliver a high-touch experience for prospective students, families, and visitors by anticipating needs, personalizing interactions, providing customized support, and creating a welcoming environment that leaves a lasting positive impression.
- Serves as department liaison for campus partners, prospective students, and guests.
- Coordinates the day-to-day aspects of the campus visit program including but not limited to classroom visits, daily campus tours, and secondary supervision of student workers.
- Respond to visitor feedback and troubleshoot concerns or criticism related to student and guest experiences.
- Provides support for enrollment events including registration management, scheduling, and day-of support.
- Compiles and reviews visit program data in support of data-informed decision-making.
- Collaborates with admissions staff, including student employees, and campus partners to ensure visitors are connected and scheduled appropriately.
