Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Nurse role located in West Lafayette, IN. The Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare team members, assessing patient conditions, and ensuring the well-being of residents in the Skilled Nursing facility.
Evening Shift: 2:30pm - 10:45pm
Night Shift: 10:30pm - 6:45am
LPN: $31.50/hour
RN: $36/hour
$4 shift differential
$2 pick up pay
Qualifications
- Valid RN or LPN license
- Experience in providing direct patient care and administering medications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Experience in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care settings
- Basic computer skills for electronic documentation
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
Salary : $2 - $36
