About the Role:
As the Resident Engagement Coordinator, you will serve as the main point of contact for residents and plan exciting events. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, people-driven professional who enjoys fostering a strong sense of community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resident & Guest Engagement – Be the face of the community! Welcome residents and guests, address inquiries, and create a warm, inviting atmosphere.
- Event Planning & Execution – Plan, organize, and host engaging resident events, from holiday celebrations to networking mixers, fitness classes, and social gatherings. Collaborate with local vendors to enhance experiences.
- Community Outreach & Communication – Keep residents informed and engaged! Create event calendars, announcements, and newsletters to enhance community interaction.
- Data Management – Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, event participation, budgets and rental spaces.
- Education & Experience – High school diploma or the equivalent required. Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school is a plus. One year minimum experience working in property management environment OR two years’ minimum experience working in customer service environment.
