- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to provide housekeeping and laundry services in a resident-centered environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Written and verbal communication skills for effective teamwork
- Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work semi-independently while following facility procedures
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and frequent interruptions
- Collect, clean, and redistribute laundry throughout the facility
- Ensure the community remains in compliance with OSHA requirements and risk management policies
- Follow all safety procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and compliance with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) regulations
- Handle potential exposure to hazardous materials and infectious diseases while following proper precautions
- Work collaboratively as part of the housekeeping and laundry team
- Ensure clean linens and personal items are properly washed, dried, folded, and distributed
- Follow all facility policies and procedures to maintain cleanliness and safety
