Description
Cottage Grille Staff at Westmoor Country Club provide exemplary food and beverage service to our members and their guests near the pool area during the summer season. Experience is preferred and experience in a private club or resort setting is a plus; however, in-house training is available.
Seasonal (Memorial Day to Labor Day) positions are available with an opportunity for overtime and/or extra shifts during peak seasons.
Responsibilities
- Professionally execute all steps of food service, including some cooking
- Process orders on a timely basis
- Professionally and effectively communicate with members and fellow employees
- Working knowledge of menus and point-of-sale system
- Maintain high standards of quality and sanitation
- Ensure member charges are accurate
- Assist with stocking work stations, cleaning vacated tables, organizing storage areas, and any other miscellaneous duties required to maintain the work areas
Requirements
- Flexible work schedule; able to work varying shifts to include holidays, weekends, and evenings
- Enthusiasm for providing personal, professional, and welcoming service to members and guests
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willing to perform other job-related duties as assigned
- Ability to work calmly, efficiently, and professionally in a sometimes busy and stressful restaurant-type setting

Pay Range
$12 to $15 per hour based on experience
