Overview
We are looking for a Janitorial Worker to take care of our building and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep the building in a clean and orderly condition.
Responsibilities
- Clean designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents and restroom cleaning, etc.)
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Fill paper dispensers
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or need for repairs
- Make adjustments and minor repairs
- Comply with ISO standards and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial work is preferred.
- Understanding of cleaning procedures and safety consciousness
- Self motivated and well organized work habits
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.75 - $15.25 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
