Weston Bradbury Insurance Services, LLC, a trusted provider of commercial and personal lines insurance, is seeking an experienced Sales representative to join our team.

Salary starts at $60,000/year with 20% bonus on new business and quarterly profit sharing with possibilities for advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client accounts, providing exceptional service and support.
• Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and certificates of insurance.
• Communicate with carriers, underwriters, and clients to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Assist producers with account management and documentation.
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial insurance.
• Strong knowledge of commercial policies (e.g., property, liability, auto, workers’ comp).
• Proficiency in insurance agency management systems (e.g., Xanatek, Applied Epic, AMS360).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
