As a Production Team Member, you'll be working in our Manchester, New Hampshire, cupcake factory that currently produces more than 2.5 million cupcakes per day! This facility operating in North America employs 250 team members and runs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. We operate 3 production lines, producing mini cupcakes in a variety of flavors for our retail and wholesale customers.
Purpose:
As a production team Member, you'll help out on the lines that decorate and package the cupcakes, then box up the packages so that they can be shipped to our customers.
Required Qualifications:
• Able to communicate effectively with managers and employees from diverse backgrounds and follow instructions in English.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
It's helpful if you have:
- 1-2 years of manufacturing experience.
Physical Demands:
• Occasionally required to push/pull up to 65 pounds throughout shift.
• Occasionally required to lift up to 15 pounds while reaching above shoulder level.
• Occasionally required to lift up to 22 pounds from shoulder level to below knee level.
• Frequently required work while rotating at the thoracic and lumbar spine, squatting, or stooping.
• Constantly required to stretch, grasp, handle, and maintain balance.
• Constantly required to stand and walk.
• Able to see clearly and judge distances and spatial relationships.
• Able to work in extreme conditions (including hot, cold, wet, dusty, and slick spaces).
• Able to work safely in an industrial environment.
• Regular, dependable attendance is an essential requirement of this position.
