Pay Rates $18.00 inclusive shift differential SUMMER BONUS SIGN-ON BONUS (8 Hours shifts)

• Night Shift (11:00pm – 7:00am) - $18.00 per hour inclusive shift differential 

·       Summer Bonus at Green Bay $200 per week paid monthly through September 4, 2021

·       $2000 Referral and New Hire Sign-On Bonus

• GET PAID TIME AND A HALF ON SUNDAYS *1.5x $*

Our bakery team is the heart of our company and plays an important role in keeping North America’s food supply going. Our Packers and General laborers are an integral part of the baking process, ensuring our delicious baked goods are packaged, and safely end up on grocery store shelves and at your favorite restaurants across North America. 

Our Green Bay ice cream cone facility is projecting significant growth in 2021, so we’re ramping up and growing the team for the long-term. In a typical day, you’ll:

• Pick, and pack ice cream cone or tacos into boxes
• Work in production/packaging area to make and stack boxes onto pallets 
• Work closely with production team members to ensure product quality 
• May assist with sanitation in the cleanliness of production equipment and area   
• Ensure all Food Safety and Health & Safety policies and procedures are followed   

About You:

• A lover of bread and baked goods (or in this case, ice cream cones!)
• You have strong people skills—you’re approachable, a good listener, and empathetic
• You have previously worked in a manufacturing environment (even better if it was food manufacturing!)
• You’re dedicated to the health and safety of yourself and your colleagues 
• You digest constructive feedback as an opportunity to listen, and improve your skills, abilities, and performance
• You are someone who listens to comprehend a situation first, asking questions to clarify your own understanding, instead of listening to be able to reply quickly
