Responsibilities
- Cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat according to specifications and customer requests.
- Ensure all meat products are packaged properly for display and sale.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
- Operate and maintain cutting tools and equipment safely, including knives and saws.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and report shortage.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient food production processes.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in meat cutting preferred
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using knives and other equipment safely and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
