\The successful candidate will have a strong background in Municipal Engineering with at least 7 years of experience working with municipal clients in engineering or project management roles. They will supervise and lead project teams in the conduct of engineering reports, studies, and designs, utilizing recognized industry standards and regulatory-compliant approaches.
\The role requires effective communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution, team leadership, and mentoring. Prior experience in managing multiple projects and clients, along with the associated administrative, budgetary, and financial tracking/profitability aspects of projects, is essential.
