This critical role supports our legal, construction, and operations departments in managing contract obligations, mitigating risk, and facilitating smooth communication among project teams, outside counsel, and insurance providers.

What You’ll Do
- Contract Management: Oversee the review, organization and tracking of professional service agreements, Subcontracts , and other key documents.
- Docket Research: Conduct preliminary investigations and legal research into potential claims, ensuring timely and accurate information for decisions- making.
- Claims Support: Act as Primary liaison among project staff, external legal teams and insurance providers for all claim- related activities.
- Insurance Coordination: Interface with insurance providers to manage claims processes, compliance, and documentation.
- File Management: Maintain meticulous records of claim files, contacts, correspondence, and other legal documentation to support internal and external stakeholders.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in a Paralegal role, ideally with exposure to professional service contracts, construction, or environmental consulting industries.
- Paralegal certification or equivalent experience. Bachelors degree in a related field preferred
- Proficiency in contract management and initial claim research.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to serve as a liaison across multiple teams and external partners.
- Knowledge if insurance processes and documentation.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and best practices in managing claims.
