Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Technical Leader, leading wastewater treatment projects across all geographies. The ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience in public utility/wastewater/water engineering, with a focus on wastewater treatment studies, planning, design, and construction administration.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a team of project managers, engineers, and support staff to meet client deliverables.
- Work in collaboration with multiple water and wastewater team members across the eastern seaboard.
- Responsible for process design and technical quality for wastewater treatment projects.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental engineering, with preference for Masters' degree.
- 15 or more years of related engineering experience, and registration as a Professional Engineer.
- Particularly important are strong working relationships with clients.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and successful teamwork.
- Exemplary communication skills, including verbal, written, and public presentation domains.
- Valid drivers license required.
