Health Specialist
Westonka Middle School - Westonka Public School District

6.5 Hours/Day, 170 Days
Salary Range - $20.18 - $28.57; also eligible for medical, dental, life/LTD insurance, flex benefits, 403(b) match, sick and personal leave.
Position Available: August, 2025
Qualifications: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED). Experience administering First Aid & CPR. Previous relevant experience and LPN or RN license preferred.
General Nature of Job: Provide first aid care to sick or injured students and monitor health conditions as requested according to the guidelines set forth by the District and within established treatment plans. Administers medications as requested by a parent and doctor under the supervision of the Licensed District Nurse. Maintain student health records. Perform routine screenings which may include vision, hearing and scoliosis checks. Requires effective skills working with middle school students, ability to professionally communicate and interact with parents. Must be familiar with technology.
