We are located in King of Prussia and have operated for over fifty years with the purpose of providing quality living, shopping and working space for residents and customers. We are currently hiring for an experienced a Skilled Tradesman/Carpenter for Residential Rehab to join our team. We are looking for someone with full knowledge of interior home remodeling. $1000 SIGN ON BONUS

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Thoroughly skilled in the art of carpentry.
- Knowledge of methods, tools, machines and materials used in construction as related to carpentry.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications.
- Basic Plumbing
- Tile Work
- Ability to take direction and interact effectively with team members.
- Install cabinets, counters and molding.
- Regular attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications:
- 2 years’ experience in finish carpentry
- Additional 3 years’ experience in rough carpentry preferred
- Must have valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
- Must have your own tools
Salary : $175
