Westpeak Consultants is proud to be working with some of the nation’s leading telecommunications providers. We specialize in direct-to-consumer marketing, sales, and customer service. Through our partnership with our clients, we have been able to assist in the growth and expansion of telecommunications all over the Fresno area.
With goals approaching quickly, we have set our intentions high to start out the new quarter strong and set ourselves up with some good momentum going into this next season. That is why we are currently looking to expand our Sales Agent team by adding an Entry Level Sales Agent. Our newest team member will receive hands-on training from experienced members of our Sales Agent Team to understand the full scope of the position. Once mastery is displayed, there will be opportunities for further training and advancement.
An Entry Level Sales Agent Will :
- Work directly with client customers to answer questions, ease concerns, overcome objections, and close sales when necessary
- Follow all client compliance and CDC guidelines when interacting with customers, keeping the safety of all at the forefront of focus
- Master all client product and service knowledge to educate customers
- Be trained by experienced members of the Sales Agent Team to be able to master the entry-level aspect of the role
- Attend daily team meetings and training sessions to consistently stay up to speed
- Work closely with other Entry Level Sales Agents to achieve sales goals
