Seeking professional, friendly, and reliable patient service representative. The ideal candidate will be prompt and reliable and be able to effectively and efficiently multi-task the following:
- Answer phones and assist callers by correctly identifying their needs, answering questions regarding status, and transferring appropriately.
- Professionally and compassionately welcome walk-in visitors and scheduled appointments as well as vendors and therapists.
- Thoroughly complete data intakes for new patients.
- Efficiently schedule new appointments for sales and service
- Work within provided systems to process orders through completion.
- Process mail, email, and faxes efficiently and appropriately.
- Process credit card payments as needed
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
- Proficiently use common computer programs (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, internet, etc.).
- Provide attention to detail.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and privacy at all times.
- Communicate any challenging issues with appropriate management.
- Participate in a cohesive work environment that is constantly growing and changing.
