About the Role :
Are you looking to get your foot in the door of the financial services industry? We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Client Outreach Specialist to join a growing financial advisory team. This position will primarily focus on phone outreach to potential clients, with the goal of scheduling appointments for our financial advisor team.
You will be responsible for making a high volume of calls, working towards key metrics such as dialing targets and appointments scheduled. There is an opportunity for a bonus structure, contingent on meeting these metrics and successfully passing a 3-month probationary period. This is an exciting role for someone who wants to develop their career in financial services and gain hands-on experience in client outreach.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients in Ohio.
- Schedule appointments for the financial advisor team.
- Meet set metrics around dialing and appointments scheduled.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, appointments, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with office leaders and participate in direct mentorship to develop skills.
- Assist with other client outreach tasks as needed.
