WPFG believes in a structured training plan, during the internship you will be exposed to a diverse training curriculum including :
Sandler Selling System
In-house product specialists
Weekly coaching with mentor and sales unit
WestPoint Financial Group financially supports obtaining your life and health insurance license which is a professional license needed to consult sell insurance-based products

Responsibilities

Prospecting, marketing and business development

Setting appointments and meeting with prospective clients

Providing financial solutions for clients through fact gathering and needs analysis software

Expanding personal knowledge and skills through joint work appointments with your mentor

Qualifications

Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree with the expected graduation date between December 2025 - July 2026

Must be able to commute to office location (Peoria, IL - Lisle, IL - Indianapolis, IN - Fort Wayne, IN - Crown Point, IN - Cincinnati, OH - Columbus, OH - Madison, WI - Milwaukee, WI)

Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without limitation or sponsorship now or in the future (e.g., OPT, H-1B visa, TN, etc.).
