This role is Full-Time, Monday through Friday, and works in a well-appointed office approximately 45 miles NW of downtown Chicago.
Duties:
- Create investment proposals
- Account opening, service requests and ongoing maintenance
- Track and closely follow asset movement
- Support the financial planning process
- Keep detailed notes of client correspondence and required actions
- Other general administrative duties as assigned
Experience:
- 2 years administrative experience (required)
- 2 years financial services experience (required)
- Life and Health License, and Series 6/7 Registered (a plus)
- Proficient with investment trading systems and processes (a plus)
- Adept with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and various software (required)
- Familiarity with financial planning tools, Wealthscape, Envestnet, DocuSign and CRM (preferred)

Salary: $50,000-$70,000 annually, dependent upon qualifications.
